- MIXED LEVEL YOGA
- Class Description: Combination yoga class accommodating beginners through intermediate/advanced students. Some yoga experience is helpful. All students will have the opportunity to advance poses to an their appropriate level. Inversions and backbends will be included with variations for all student levels.

- Class Description: Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, that involve using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
